Q: What is the best pens for children's artwork
A: Black fine/medium pen (similar to the sample pen in each Calendar Production Pack) give the best quality line-art reproduction, or coloured pens, pencils, etc. for coloured artwork. Colour calendars can include a mixture of photographs and artwork. No glitter, crayon or chalk
·Please do not use pencil for artwork. In order to make it show up we have to darken the picture, which degrades on the overall quality.
Best results are those with good detail. Avoid shading and large areas of solid black (ie. hair, trees, etc.) Glue down well using a suitable adhesive (e.g. Pritt-Stick or similar product). Failure to do so may cause delays, work to be returned or an extra charge for retouching, resticking or rearranging artwork.

Q: How much can we charge advertsiers for their sponsored adverts at the bottom of the calendar month pages?
Q: Are sponsor's adverts really FREE?
A: It seems that between £25 and £30 is quite a low yet readily attainable advert charge. Many fundraisers are able to command much higher prices.
A: Yes, 12 text type adverts are free until Oct 31st after which they cost £60.00 + vat per set of up to 12 adverts.
Q: Who would be interested in advertising in our school calendar?
A: First place to look is at parents who run a business. Any local company could be approached - at Hampton we often see local Banks and High street names. Resturants, family attractions and firms specialising in childrens services (ie uniforms, clothes, toys, sweets, nursery schools, music and dance lessons etc)

Q: How long does it take from sending my FAST TRACK Order Form before recieving my CALENDAR production PACK?
Q: How long will it take to manufacture my order?
A: Calendar Production Packs are sent by ruturn via Royal Mail First Class post.
A: Between 5 and 10 days (average 7 working days) from receipt of your signed off proof calendar and proof acceptance form.

Q: Do you send abroad and to the islands?
A: Yes we send out calendars to many destinations including: IOW, Channel Islands, IOM, Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish islands and highlands as well as countries in Europe including BFPO schools.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Orders of 50 and over are sent FREE of charge to UK mainland.
Q: What is the delivery charge for non mainland UK?
A: Best to phone or email for a quote with the quantity and calendar type as the weight varies on each order and charges are based on weight and size of packaging.

Q: What are the delivery costs ?
A: Order 100 or more and UK mailland delivery is FREE of charge. Under this quantity and for other destinations there is a charge.

A: Make as much profit on recipe book sales as your purchasers find acceptable. Buy more to keep unit cost down and perhaps offer discounts to those buying in bulk - say three or more! Most fundraisers will easily make between at least £1.00 - £3.00 profit on each book sale plus adding your own sponsored adverts - has the potential to add several hundreds of pounds extra money!
Q: How long does it take to receive our recipe book order?
A: On average it takes a working week to send out a proof copy and from receipt of your signed off proof book and proof acceptance form approximately 7 days for your final order to be despatch by next day courier.
