FREE Personalised Dates
We continue to offer 30 FREE Personalised Dates to announce your school /PTA events and term details etc. A form is supplied with your CALENDAR PRODUCTION PACK, for collecting your date information which must be supplied as a Word Doc or Open Office file. Do not send tables or Excel files simply input text lines with month, date, day and exact wording required. (Option for extra dates if required at 50p (+vat) per date / per order).
FREE Advertising
Selling advertising space in your calendar helps to raise even higher profits. 12 text adverts are included FREE until Oct. 31st, and may include company name, brief descriptions, tel, web & email addresses. Advert form is supplied for gathering your sponsor's details which must be supplied as a Word Doc/ Open Office file which may either be emailed or sent on a CD or USB. (From Nov. 1st there is a charge of £60.00 +vat per set of up to 12 adverts -i.e. £5 each). During the free period additional sets of 12 adverts cost £60 + vat.
Custom Executive Calendar and Cambridge Slimline can also include a company logo without extra cost. Custom adverts with company logos are available for selected calendar types at £20 (+vat) per advert. (Deadline Oct. 31st). Please note due to restricted space in each calendar specific layouts are not accepted.
Loyalty Reward Scheme
Customers who have ordered from Hampton during the past three years receive 10% EXTRA FREE calendars or recipe books as a loyalty reward. (To qualify orders should be completed and all work/details/dates/adverts etc received by Hampton by September 30th, 2009 ready for proofing and final order production).

Quantity DISCOUNTS How many calendars should be ordered?
Average sales tend to be between 2-3 calendars or recipe books per family. Remember, the unit cost of your calendars reduces substantially with increasing quantity. We make various cost savings when printing higher numbers, and we pass those savings on to you. As you buy more the quantity discount savings INCREASE!
